Bright's Grove Animal Hospital

Bright's Grove Animal Hospital was started by Dr. Griffiths in 1990 as a small animal practice catering to the needs of companion animals in the Sarnia and Bright's Grove area.  In an effort to continue to improve and service our clients better, the clinic has been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association since  1991.  The clinic provides a wide range of services to help keep your furry friend healthy and happy. 

Our Staff

 Jolene has worked at the

 Clinic since graduating from

 Sheridan College in Animal

 Care.  You will see her most

 often answering the phone

 and greating people as they

 come into the clinic.  She is

 often joined by her dog

 Rocky who quietly sits under the front desk.

 JoAnne, who originally

 trained as a nurse started

 working for us as a

 groomer but more recently

 has started to help with

 surgery and reception.

 Joanne has extensive

 experience both breeding

 and showing.  She presently breeds sphynx

 cats and Papilllon dogs.

 Dr. Rodger Griffiths graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College

 at the University of Guelph in 1986.  After a brief period at another

 clinic he started Bright's Grove Animal Hospital.  In 2002 he became

 a Board Certified Specialist in Feline and Canine Practice.  He is

 certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practioners

 and  is only one of twenty veterinarians in Canada with this

 designation.   Rodger was born in Sarnia and spent summers at his

 cottage in Bright's Grove.  He lives in Bright's Grove with his wife

 Barb and their 3 Devon Rex cats and Cairn Terrier.
